Our Leadership Programs focus on building a system of leaders with the unique combination of capabilities and leadership behaviors that your organization needs to be successful with AI. Programs can be fully virtual or incorporate some in-person components and range from 4-12 months.

What we do

Leadership Fundamentals

The overall aim of Leadership Fundamentals is to give participants the ability to manage and lead others effectively in a working environment that incorporates AI.

AI Leadership Fundamentals aims to

Improve the leadership skills of people who are new to working with AI or newly-promoted, and who are in their first management roles

Work with participants to develop their skills required to influence and motivate their team members to fully utilize AI at work

Help participants to understand their own strengths as well as recognising the strengths of other team members and the ways of working that suit each person

Provide learning through active participation in leadership and team challenges, creating scenarios which utilize AI

Use built-in reflection time to strengthen messages and provide opportunities for peer partnership

Prepare to Lead aims to develop the skills that participants need to manage themselves effectively and to work alongside others in a working environment that incorporates AI.

Provide participants with a safe environment in which to practice influencing, team-work and leadership skills and techniques that leverage the unique capabilities of AI

Work with participants to understand the importance of proactivity and being a self-starter in order to adopt AI and drive their careers

Use self-analytical skills to help participants understand their strengths in relation to these qualities, compare their own and others’ perceptions of themselves, and look at how they might develop their impact and effective AI working practices

Provide learning through active participation in leadership and team challenges, supported by relevant classroom-based theory
