Combing Military War Gaming and Technology Expertise
About ten years ago, our founders sought to transform how teams adopt new technology. Rejecting traditional GTM methods, they envisioned immersive Serious Games that simulate real-world use cases, driving meaningful learning and adoption.
Graham, a former UK Commando Forces Officer, knew the power of creating experiences that challenge teams —accelerating adoption through intentional design. Toby, a technology and design expert, aimed to disrupt traditional GTM methods with scalable, user-friendly experiences fit for the Enterprise.
Their shared adventures—from triathlons to parenthood—shaped their philosophy: authentic, challenging, and fun.
